How do I add users to my subscription?

You can add practitioners or reception staff on the 'users' page. Your subscription will automatically increase or decrease based on the number of users you have.

How do I setup online payments?

You can setup payments in 'my clinic' of your user menu. Follow the instructions in the blue notice bar that appears when you switch payments on.

How do I contact customer support?

You can contact our support team by clicking on the 'contact customer support' button located at the bottom of the help centre.

How do I turn SMS notifications on/off?

SMS notifications can be switched on or off for individual patients or for all patients in 'my subscription' of your user menu.

Can you help setup my account?

We offer a setup service for new subscribers. If you plan to transfer data or need help setting up your account, send us a message and we will be happy to help.

How do I setup online bookings?

Copy and paste your unique booking portal URL into a button on your website. Contact our support team if you would like us to do this for you.
